We’re hiring a Senior iOS Developer (m/w/d) to help transform our flight search app from an afterthought into the heart of our product experience. Our company sees mobile as the future, not just a nice-to-have. We want to rebuild our iOS app the right way—as a first-class citizen that users actually want to use.
Our current flight search app has room to grow into something truly exceptional. We’re committed to elevating the mobile experience to match our ambitions, and you’ll be part of that transformation from day one.
We’ve already laid important groundwork. We’ve moved to SwiftUI, adopted The Composable Architecture for testable and maintainable code, and just transitioned to Swift 6. We’re building new server-side APIs in Go specifically to make mobile development smoother and faster. The mobile team doesn’t just consume these APIs—we help design and build them. With Apple’s new Liquid Glass announced at the latest WWDC, and iOS 26 on the horizon, we’re excited to embrace cutting-edge iOS design patterns. We’re also exploring Foundation Models to integrate LLM capabilities directly into our apps. You’ll be working with the latest and greatest iOS has to offer.
Deine Aufgaben
- Building great flight search and booking experiences that feel native and intuitive on iOS
- Implementing new features using SwiftUI and The Composable Architecture
- Collaborating with our backend team (yes, the mobile team writes Go too) to design APIs that make mobile development a joy
- Exploring and implementing Apple’s newest frameworks and design patterns
- Taking ownership of your projects from concept to shipping
Dein Profil
- You’re an experienced iOS developer with a strong command of Swift and SwiftUI. You understand what makes an app feel truly native—the subtle animations, the gesture handling, the way it integrates with the system. You’ve shipped apps that users love to use.
- You’re comfortable with modern iOS architectures. Experience with The Composable Architecture is a bonus, but if you understand unidirectional data flow and testable app architecture, you’ll pick it up quickly.
- You’re a clear thinker and communicator. We care more about how you approach problems and articulate solutions than academic credentials. Show us how you think through complex technical challenges.
- You’re not afraid of a challenge. We’re on a journey to create something exceptional, and you’ll be part of that evolution. You thrive in environments where you can make a real impact and see your work directly improve the user experience.
- You’re a collaborator. You’ll work closely with designers, backend developers, and product folks. You might even write some Go code when building APIs that serve your iOS features.
- Experience with SwiftUI, modern iOS frameworks, and an eye for great design are essential. If you’re excited about Apple’s latest announcements and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible on iOS, even better.
- This is a remote position. You should be comfortable with written communication since much of our collaboration happens asynchronously.
